Most orders ship out daily by the post office.
If you need a item shipped by Express Mail you must call in the order at 1-800-575-1451 Monday -Friday before 12:00pm CST.

Name plates or collars with name plates should ship within 2 to 3 business days.
All orders placed through our website will receive an order confirmation upon submission.
Please check your order confirmation for mistakes. If you have a mistake on your order form, please e-mail us ASAP or call ASAP.
If you place a order and then want to cancel your order and it has already shipped, we can not refund your postage.

You can fax an order to us at 318-697-2024. Orders submitted by fax must be paid for by a credit card.
