Order Processing and Shipping
Most orders ship promptly unless otherwise noted in the product description.
We ship primarily through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Some orders are shipped using UPS or FedEx Ground.

Estimated Delivery Times
Most packages are delivered within 3 to 8 working days after shipment, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Personalized Items
Name plates, hang tags, and dog collars with attached name plates generally ship within 2 to 4 days.

Shipping Charges
To view your shipping cost, add your items to the shopping cart, enter your ZIP code, select your shipping method, and click Apply.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the cost of the merchandise ordered.

International Orders
For orders shipped to Canada, Japan, or Australia, customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes charged by their country.
All international shipments must comply with applicable customs and export documentation requirements.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
