For correct collar size you must measure your dog's neck.
Size 19 will fit a 12 to 15 inch neck.
Size 21 will fit a 14 to 17 inch neck.
Size 23 will fit a 15 to 19 inch neck.
You can add another hole to this collar if the collar is a little too long, but you can not add more collar if the collar is too short.
