Shipping Information

WE SHIP FAST!!
Most orders ship within 1 to 2 working days, unless otherwise stated in the item description.

We are in Louisiana and in most cases the post office shipping will be quicker than ups ground and cost a lost less money.
The post office will usually take 2 to 5 days, where ups ground will be 3 to 6 working days.
Most packages sent out by the post office will be delivered within 2 to 3 days.
SHIPPING CHARGES
To see the shipping charge for your order, place the items in the shopping cart, put in your zip code,
select your shipping method and hit apply.
Our shipping charges are based on cost of the items ordered.
Our orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).
Once a order ships out the shipping charge is not refundable.
NOTICE
UPS 2nd Day Air
Air shipping charges have gone up substantially in the last couple of years.
We will still ship by UPS 2nd Day Air if you want, but most of the time packages sent out by the US mail
will get delivered almost as quick as UPS 2nd Day air and for a lot less money.
For in stock items shipped by 2nd day air you should receive your order within 2 to 3 business days.
Saturday & Sunday are not business days.
Orders shipped out on Thursday by UPS 2ND Day Air will not be received by you until Monday.
Orders shipped out on Friday by UPS 2ND Day Air will not be received by you until Tuesday.
UPS will not guarantee delivery time if ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS cause plane delays.
All orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and countries outside the US will be shipped by the Post Office only.

Exchanges:
If you need a different size or color, please place a new order for the correct item needed.
You will be charged again. Follow the refund instructions and send the new, unused and unwanted item back to us for a refund.
Refunds:
Send the new and unused item back to us within 15 days with a copy of the invoice, write refund on the invoice.
No postage will be refunded.
Please allow up to 15 business days for credit to show up on your account.
We can not refund or replace name plates, name tags or collars with name plates attached, unless we made a mistake on your order.
Please do not send soiled, used or dirty merchandise back to us.
We can not give a refund on items that have been damaged or soiled by your pet.
The items returned for refund have to be new, unused and re-sellable.
Any item sent back for a refund and received after 30 days will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.
