Small Waterproof Dog Collar

This collar is 1/2 inch wide.
The size 12 will fit a 8 inch to 10 inch neck.
The size 14 will fit a 10 inch to 12 inch neck.
This size 12 collar can be cut down to fit smaller size necks and have holes added without burning or melting.
