Most orders ship out daily unless otherwise stated in the item description.

We are in Louisiana and in most cases the post office will deliver your package within 3 to 5 working days.
If you need the item quicker than that, we will also ship out by Post Office Express Mail, UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day Air
If you want Express mail or UPS Next Day Air you must call in the order.
If prefer to call in your order our phone number is 1-800-575-1451.
Our phone hours are 9.am to 3.pm central time zone, Monday - Friday.

SHIPPING CHARGES
To see the shipping charge for your order, place the items in the shopping cart, put in your zip code,
select your shipping method and hit apply.
Our shipping charges are based on cost of the items ordered.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are much quicker if you place a new order for the new item wanted and send the unwanted and unused item
back to us for a refund.
If you prefer you can send the unused item back to us for a exchange.
If you need a different size or color, send the unsued item back to us within 20 days with a
copy of the invoice.
Please note on the invoice the new size or color needed.
Please include $5.00 for sending the exchanged item back to you or a note telling us to charge your credit card $5.00
for the return shipping.
We will send the exchanged item back to you by the post office.
It could take up to 10 days for you to receive the new item.

Refunds:
Send the new and unused item back to us within 15 days with a copy of the invoice, write refund on the invoice.
No postage will be refunded.
Please allow up to 15 business days for credit to show up on your account.
We can not refund or replace name plates, name tags or collars with name plates attached, unless we made a mistake on your order.
Please do not send soiled, used or dirty merchandise back to us.


Corporate Rewards and Giveanything.com gift certificates
Add items to the shopping cart, in the pay using credit card drop down choose giveanything.com gift certificate.
Add your gift certificate number and exp date.
Once the order comes through we will process your gift certificate.
If the certificate is not enough to pay for your items we will email you and let you know the balance owed.

Coupons
Only good for orders placed online only. One per order.
Coupon code nopostage on orders over $100.00.
Any return that causes the original order to fall below the minimum "free shipping" order size of $100.00 will result in a $9.95 service charge because the original order size is now below $100.00 and does not qualify for free shipping.
Using the nopostage coupon code at checkout indicates that you accept and agree to these terms.

Online orders:
All orders placed through our website will receive an order confirmation upon submission.
Please check your order confirmation for mistakes.
If you have a mistake on your order form, please e-mail us ASAP and call during our regular business hours.
If you send us a e-mail, you must get a reply back from us that we have received your e-mail and can correct or cancel your order.
If you do not get a reply back from us, you must assume that we did not get your e-mail.
If you place a order and then want to cancel your order and it has already shipped, we can not refund your postage.

Credit Card orders:
Billing name,address & phone number must match what your bank has on record for you, or your order will be delayed.
Due to credit card fraud, on some orders, we will only ship to the credit cardís Billing Addresses, or an authorized Alternate Shipping Address.
PayPal:
We can only ship to your confirmed & verified Paypal address.


Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel a order, please e-mail sales@morrco.com asap and call 318-697-6998 during our regular business hours.
If you send us a e-mail, you must get a reply back from us that we have received your e-mail and can cancel your order.
If you do not get a reply back from us, you must assume that we did not get your e-mail.
Some orders ship out within 5 minutes of being placed.
Once the order has been shipped we can not cancel it.

We can not give a refund on items that have been damaged or soiled by your pet.
We can not give a refund on items that you have been worn by your pet.
The items returned for refund have to be new, unused and resellable.
Any item sent back for a refund and received after 30 days will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund amout.

For any item returned to us after 45 days you will be given store credit on a future purchase.

Defective or Damaged Products:
Every item is double inspected prior to shipping.
If you receive a defective or damaged item you must contact us within 5 working days of receipt of the item.

Refused Orders
For any refused order that we are charged return postage on, the return postage will be deducted from your refund along with the original postage charge.


Incorrect Delivery Address:
This fee is $10.00 to $15.00 & will be charged if your order ships and your address is wrong or if you forward the package to another address.
We can not refund or replace name plates, name tags or collars with name plates attached, unless we made a mistake on your order.

International Orders:
You will be responsible for all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation by your country. We have no control over these charges.
By Federal Law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation. Coupon code nopostage on orders over $100.00. Our orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Our shipping charges are based on cost of the items ordered.
On in stock items shipped 2nd day air, you should receive your order within 2 to 4 business days. Saturday & Sunday are not business days. If we are out of the item we will notify you by e-mail.
All orders from Alaska,Hawaii,Puerto Rico,Guam and countries outside the United States will be shipped by the Post Office only.

Foreign Orders;
Foreign orders could require extra postage. You will be responsible for any Taxes or Duties charged by your Country.

All orders shipped outside the United States will be shipped by the Post Office or United Parcel Service and will be sent to the billing address of the credit card ONLY.
